Place: Limb, Satara DISTRICT Date: On 04.03.2022 Venue: Grampanchayat, Limb Objective of the event: A healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people's health and well being but in today's fast life and due to fastfood everyone has some illness and understressed. So Sawkar Ayurvedic Medical college and Sawkar Ayurvedic Hospital, Panmalewadi, Satara had organized a one-day general health checkup camp, which included distribution of Ayurvedic medicines, on March 04, 2022, at the Limb village, in Taluka Satara, District Satara. The health checkup camp was inaugurated by Dr. Swapnil Zimare., Medical Superintendent, Dr. Kailas Paragaonkar and Mrs.Amita Sandip Khude & Ms.Sabale Shraddha The inaugural program was followed by registration and screening, and personal consultation of the public. About 25 people utilized the benefits of the camp. Most of the complaints were related to low back pain, joint pains, skin diseases, gastrointestinal problems, Udarshul, Pandu, Kas, Prameh, menstrual irregularities, metabolic disorders. The patients and coordinators of the camp expressed their gratitude to the institution, doctors, nurses for their service. The coordinators of the camp requested the organizers to conduct more such camps in the future. Significance/Outcome: Approximately 25 patients came for the health checkup. Around 55 people were made aware about how to prevent covid 19 and live healthy life in this pandemic.
