Place: Kondave , Satara DISTRICT Date: On 17.01.2022 Venue: Grampanchayat, Kondave Objective of the event: A healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people's health and well being but in today's fast life and due to fastfood everyone has some illness and is under stress. So Sawkar Ayurvedic Medical college and Sawkar Ayurvedic Hospital, Panmalewadi, Satara had organized a one-day general health checkup camp, which included distribution of Ayurvedic medicines, on Jan 17, 2022, at the Kondave village, in Taluka Satara, District Satara. The health checkup camp was inaugurated Dr.Rajendra Digamber Palekar., Dr. Gaurav Avinash Nalawade and Mrs. Rupali Keshav Nikam & Ms. Sabale Shraddha Suraj The inaugural program was followed by registration and screening, and personal consultation of the public. About 35 people utilized the benefits of the camp. Most of the complaints were related to low back pain, joint pains, skin diseases, gastrointestinal problems, headache, Udarshul, Shwasan, Sandhivat,Pandu, Kas, Prameh, dysmenorrhea, menstrual irregularities, metabolic disorders, and neurological disorders. The patients and coordinators of the camp expressed their gratitude to the institution, doctors, nurses for their service. The coordinators of the camp requested the organizers to conduct more such camps in the future. Significance/Outcome: Approximately 35 patients came for the health checkup. Around 52 people were made aware about how to prevent covid 19 and live healthy life in this pandemic.
